**What's New on Site?**
**Welcome to Configbot for Dayforce!**

# Web Release 

The dashboard has been completely redesigned to give you a cleaner and more organized experience.

**Key Highlights of the New Dashboard:**

1. **Account Usage Overview** – Quick visibility into your usage.

2. \*\*Company Report – \*\*Provides quick access to company-wide activity insights. This section is available only to company admins. General users will instead see the User Report section, which displays individual activity insights.

3. **Module Access Panel** – Streamlined navigation to modules.

4. **Module Display Box** – Modules selected from the Access Panel dropdowns are now displayed in this dedicated section.

If you scroll to the bottom you will see:

5. **Recent Executions** – Quickly revisit your most recent runs.

6. **Top Modules** – See the modules you use most frequently.

7. You can **switch between the old and new dashboards** anytime using the toggle button.

**Side Panel Enhancements:**

1. \*\*Search Bar - \*\*Instantly find any module you need.

2. **Dashboard Access** – Navigate back to the dashboard from here.

3. \*\*Workspaces - \*\*Create, access and edit your workspace with ease.

4. **Favourites (Starred Modules)** – Mark frequently used modules as favourites ⭐. Starred modules will automatically appear in the **Favourites dropdown** on the dashboard for quick access.

**Workspace Enhanced:** 

We’ve improved how you interact with your workspaces for better usability:


* \*\*Workspace description \*\*are now visible for your ease.

* you can access the action items by clicking on the ellipsis dropdown.

**Processing Executions:**


* Easily access **processing iterations only**, making it simpler to track active tasks.  This option has been moved besides add new iteration button for better visibility.

**Additional Improvements:**


* The **CodeBot Execution Hours section** [has been moved **upwards** for better visibility.
* **Download Logs, Time, and Reload** options are now available via the ellipsis dropdown for quick access.

### What’s New in the September 13 Release

New tabs are added to the folowing modules.

### 1. Earning & Deduction
Below are new tabs that we have recently added in Earning & Deduction based on feedback from our customers, now you can automate your changes for these screens of Dayforce using ConfigBot. 

* Deduction Groupings
* Earning Groupings
* Payroll
* Payroll Client Properties
* Payroll Policies
* Earning
* Deduction
* Check Templates

### 2. HCM
We have added Union tab to the HCM workbook so that our customers can add or update U**nions** as per their needs.

* Unions

### 3. Pay Setup
Pay Setup now include these two new tabs mentioned below. 

* Balances
* Entitlements

### 4. Shift Setup
We have also enhanced Shift setup by adding a new tab.

* Schedule Rule Policy

### 5. Performance Management (PM)
We have made it easy to add/update competencies, Goal Categories and Rating scale in Performance Management using ConfigBot for Dayforce.

**Note: Workbook generated before release for these modules are now deprecated, you may now re-generate new workbooks for these modules.**
