# ConfigBot for ServiceNow - Business Rules

Business Rules for ServiceNow streamlines the configuration and management of business logic by centralizing all Business Rules within a single, intuitive spreadsheet interface.

With one fetch, users can retrieve all existing business rules from the instance and easily modify, update, or create multiple new rules in a single execution. This module enhances efficiency, reduces manual effort, and ensures consistent automation across the ServiceNow platform.

The following article explains how to use the Business Rules module in ConfigBot to perform different operations.
