# Configbot WD - Business Process Guide (Help Text & Related Worklets)

This Guide will help you in understanding the Data type in different columns of Business Process Help Text and Related Worklets Screen.

The Business Process includes two screens: **Help Text** and **Related Worklets**. Data entry in these screens is dependent on the selected **Step Type**. Therefore, information must be entered in the sheet according to the specific Step Type, as each Step Type has its own data dependencies and requirements. Please note these columns can be verified from business process sheet from which the data is fetched.


**Screen: Help-Text** 

**Type:** **Initiation**   
step column + business process type column (e.g : a - 1099 Adjustment) 

**Type: To Do** 
step column  +  step type column  + specify column  (e.g: b - To Do: Recurring Checkpoint) 

**Type: Approval**  
step column  + step type column  + group column (e.g : b - Approval by Accounting Manager) 

**Type: Action**  
step column  + specify column  (e.g: b - Review Account Certification) 

**Type: Approval Chain**  
step column  + step type column  + group column  (e.g : d - Approval Chain by Manager) 

**Type: Checklist** 
step column  + specify column  (e.g: d - Update Working Time Checklist) 

**Type :** **Review Documents** 
step column  + Step type column  (e.g: c - Review Documents) 

**Type: Consolidated Approval**  
step column  + step type column  + group column  (e.g: f - Consolidated Approval by Manager) 
 
**Type: Consolidated Approval Chain** 
step column  + step type column  + group column  (e.g: f - Consolidated Approval by Manager) 
 
The **Help Text** screen is not available for the following Step Types due to system data dependencies: 
* Batch/Job 
* Report Group 
* Report 
* Complete Questionnaire 
* Service 
* Integration 
Therefore, users cannot configure or add Help Text for these Step Types. When populating the sheet, no Help Text data should be provided for these Step Types.

The **Related Worklets** screen is not available for the following Step Types due to system data dependencies:

* Report Group 
* Report 
* Complete Questionnaire 
* Service 
* Integration 
* To Do 
* Checklist 
As a result, users cannot add or maintain Related Worklets for these Step Types. When populating the sheet, no Related Worklets data should be entered for the Step Types listed above.
