We’re expanding **ConfigBot’s **capabilities with the launch of additional new modules.

Instance Comparison

ConfigBot for ServiceNow simplifies cross-instance comparison by automatically identifying configuration differences, missing components, customization changes, and field-level variations across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
The module analyzes Tables, Business Rules, UI Policies, Plugins, CMDB, HRSD artifacts, and Workspaces to support release validation, upgrade verification, and environment consistency.

Key Benefits:

  • Automated instance comparison
  • Detection of configuration differences
  • Faster upgrade and release validation
  • Reduced manual effort
  • Improved environment consistency

Upgrade Analysis

Upgrading your ServiceNow instance can be risky. ServiceNow upgrades often get promoted to the target system, leading to deployment failures and post-upgrade issues. ConfigBot for ServiceNow solves this problem by quickly analyzing the impact of any object, including fields, tables, roles, and system properties.
It highlights dependencies across Business Rules**, UI** Policies, UI Actions, Assignment Rules, and more, giving upgrade managers a clear view of potential issues. With ConfigBot, teams can proactively address risks, prevent upgrade failures, and ensure a smooth release

Key Benefits:

  • Rapid impact analysis of ServiceNow objects
  • Minimized upgrade risks
  • Enhanced visibility for administrators
  • Faster, safer instance upgrades

Upgrade smarter with ConfigBot for ServiceNow turn complexity into confidence.
