New Modules:
Calibration
The Calibration Module enables organizations to automate the comparison, validation, and management of Calibration-related configurations across environments. ConfigBot helps validate Calibration Config, Calibration Flags, Calibration Programs, Calibration Program Rules, and nBox Report setup to ensure alignment between tenants.
By automating these configurations, ConfigBot enhances consistency across environments, reduces manual validation effort, minimizes configuration discrepancies, and ensures a streamlined and controlled calibration setup process.
Enhancements:
1.COMPENSATION:
The new columns are added in the "Compensation Packages" Sheet, that are as follows:
- Effective Date
- Inactive
- Accessible by Users Granted Segment
- Compensation Grades - Accessible by Users Granted Segment
- Compensation Grades - Eligibility Rules
- Compensation Plans - Accessible by Users Granted Segment
- Compensation Plans - Eligibility Rules
- Compensation Basis - Eligibility Rules
- Updated the Column V name from "Compensation Bases" to "Grade Names".
2.BUSINESS PROCESS:
The new columns (Section) are added in the "Business Process" Sheet, that are as follows:
- BP Name / Organization Required
- Supervisory Org / Organization Required
- BP Type / Organization Required
- Order / Organization Required
- Type / Organization Required
- Specify / Organization Required
- Organization Required - Effective Date
- Organization Required - Time Zone
- Organization Required - Group
3.TIME AND ABSENCE:
Time Off:- In "Time Off" Sheet, **one new column is added named **"Hide time off from plan balance when plan in absence table".
4.RECRUITING:
Recruiting: One new sheet has been added named: "Workflow Notification".
Deprecated Modules:
The workbooks in the following modules have been deprecated:
- COMPENSATION
- BUSINESS PROCESS
- TIME AND ABSENCE
- RECRUITING
