New Modules:

Reports

ConfigBot now supports Simple and Advanced Report automation. 

The Custom Report module enables organizations to automate the comparison and management of Simple and Advanced Workday reports. ConfigBot helps validate report definitions, data sources, calculated fields, filters, and security configurations across environments. By identifying differences and ensuring consistency, ConfigBot reduces manual effort, improves reporting accuracy, and supports reliable report migration and maintenance. 

Custom Objects

ConfigBot now supports Custom Object management. 

The Custom Object module allows organizations to automate the creation, comparison, and maintenance of Workday custom objects used to capture organization-specific data. ConfigBot supports multiple field types, multi-instance and single-instance objects, and security configurations. It enables seamless validation of custom object structures, field definitions, and permissions across environments, also update, and retrieve custom object data with consistency and accuracy. 

Business Process 

ConfigBot now supports Business Process and its related links, information as a separate module. 

The Business Process module enables organizations to automate the configuration and management of Workday business processes by handling tasks, approvals, conditional steps, and notifications efficiently. ConfigBot streamlines the creation and comparison of business process definitions, ensures correct security group assignments for each step, and validates execution order and conditions. It helps identify configuration differences across instances, reduces manual effort in setup and migration, and ensures accurate process execution with timely notifications and feedback tracking. 

Enhancements:

1.TIME AND ABSENCE: 

1 New sheet, “Calendar Event”, has been Introduced in the Time and Absence Module.

Holiday Calendar:- In the sheet (Holiday Calendar) the column C and D are deleted, also from Column J to AD (Calendar Event Section) has been deleted.

2.INTEGRATION:

• Columns are added in both sheets (Core Connectors and Setup Integration).

3.Core HCM:

• New Columns are added in **Tenant Setup HCM **to enhance the workbook as per instance

4.Security:

• New sheet **Assignable Roles **has been added.

The workbooks in the following modules have been deprecated:
