New Modules:

Succession Planning

ConfigBot now supports Succession. The Succession Planning module helps organizations identify, track, and update potential successors for key roles. It automates pulling candidate data from Workday, comparing changes, and updating readiness codes and critical position mappings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date succession plans with minimal manual effort.

Enhancements:

1 New column has been added to the Business Process sheet of each of the following modules:

1. TIME AND ABSENCE
2. ONBOARDING
3. CORE HCM

• IF: A condition in a business process step consists of one or more “if” rules that determine whether the step occurs, and most business process configuration is done by editing these steps via their Related Actions menus.
