WEB UPDATES


Execution Color Settings


We have introduced a new feature that allows you to customize the colors used for execution results.
To configure the colors:


  1. Go to the Company Settings page from your Profile dropdown.
  2. Locate the Execution Color Settings section.


You can customize the colors for:

  1. Matched Color
  2. Does Not Match Color

This allows you to personalize how matched and unmatched execution results are visually displayed.




Manage Documents – Optimizations & Enhancements


We have introduced several optimizations and enhancements to the Manage Documents page to improve document management and usability.

1. Supported File Types

To ensure better security and compatibility, only the following file types can now be uploaded:

  • .txt
  • .pdf
  • .doc, .docx
  • .xls, .xlsx
  • .jpg, .jpeg, .png
  • .xdp
  • .csv



2. File Size Limit

The maximum allowed file size is now 10 MB. Files larger than 10 MB cannot be uploaded.




New Modules Coming Soon 


We’re expanding ConfigBot’s capabilities with the launch of a new module. 


  1. Engagement Setup


The new Engagement Setup module in ConfigBot for Dayforce will streamline the configuration and management of employee engagement features, covering key areas such as surveys, survey questions, and survey results. It will allow users to generate, update, compare, and migrate engagement-related configuration data through ConfigBot, reducing manual effort and making engagement setup faster and more efficient.


Note: This module will be released partially.




  1. Review Cycles


We have now added Review Cycle as a separate module inside the Performance Setup module panel.



  1. Time Off Policy


We have now added Time Off Policy as a separate module inside the Pay Setup V2 module panel.


  1. Compare Analysis


We have now added Compare Analysis module inside the Impact Analysis module panel.



  1. Plans and Options


We have now added Plans and Options module inside the Benefits Setup V2 module panel.
