Execution Color Settings 

We have introduced a new feature that allows you to customize the colors used for execution results. 
To configure the colors: 

1. Go to the Company Settings page from your Profile dropdown. 
2. Locate the Execution Color Settings section. 
3. You can customize the colors for: 
4. Matched Color 
5. Does Not Match Color 

This allows you to personalize how matched and unmatched execution results are visually displayed. 

Manage Documents – Optimizations & Enhancements 

We have introduced several optimizations and enhancements to the Manage Documents page to improve document management and usability. 

1. Supported File Types 

To ensure better security and compatibility, only the following file types can now be uploaded: 

• .txt 
• .pdf 
• .doc, .docx 
• .xls, .xlsx 
• .jpg, .jpeg, .png 
• .xdp 
• .csv 

2. File Size Limit 

The maximum allowed file size is now 10 MB. Files larger than 10 MB cannot be uploaded. 

Updated Breadcrumb Navigation 

We have updated the breadcrumb/navigation across the application to provide a clearer and more intuitive navigation experience. 
The breadcrumb now displays the hierarchy in the following order: 

Home Icon → Workspace Name → Module Name 

This makes it easier to understand your current location within the application and navigate back to the relevant workspace or module. 

Enhancements

1. A new column Application has been added in the Config Sheet in Table Management module. 

• The Dependent functionality will also work based on the provided Application Scope tables.

2. In the Workplace Contracts sheet column AH name has been changed from Location to List of Locations in the Workplace Lease Administration module.  

• This column Location or List of Locations is used to select multiple associated Locations with the respective Workplace Contract which will be populated in the next column Selected Locations.

3. A new sheet Roles By Groups Count has been added in the Group Roles and Access Analysis module. 

• This sheet is used to show total counts for each role assigned to the groups.

Instance Comparison Updates

Following Flow Designer items added to the config sheet after executing the Prepare.

• Actions

• Decision Tables
• Sub Flow

When the Multi Instance Compare report executes it contains information for the given items

Report Section Enhancements

1. New Content Added Relevant to the Flow Designer Module

Security Operations Plugin Coverage

This metric will provide the Security Operations plugin-wise comparison of tables and fields available in Instance A and Instance B, including the missing tables and fields for each relevant plugin. The section will only be displayed when the relevant Security Operations plugins are installed in the instance.

The following sheets added to the Instance Comparison Workbook:

1. SECOPS-FLDS
2. SECOPS-TBLS

SECOPS-FLDS Provides a list of Security Operations-Related Fields belonging to tables associated with the relevant Security Operations plugins. The sheet highlights fields that are missing in either Instance A or Instance B.

SECOPS-TBLS Provides a list of Security Operations-Related Tables associated with the relevant Security Operations plugins. The sheet highlights tables that are missing in either Instance A or Instance B.
