ConfigBot for ServiceNow Release – July 25th, 2026

Enhancements




  1. In the Class Manager Component a new sheet named “Certification Filter ” has been added.


  • The Sheet contains the data from the “Certification Filter” table with domain global.

  1. In the Class Manager Component a new sheet named “Certification Audit” has been added.


  • The Sheet contains all data from the “Certification Audit” table. 


  1. In the Dependency + Risk Analysis a new sheet named “Flow” has been added.
  • In this sheet the records will have a backfield that have any dependency from config in Flow, Trigger, Action, subflow and Order.


  1. In the Dependency + Risk Analysis a new sheet named “ACL” has been added.
  • This sheet will check dependency with: 

○ Table level > check using name contains or table
○ Name > check with table field.
○ Applies_to > Check Condition with value
○ Condition > Check Condition with value
○ Script > Check using contains logic 


  1. In the Notification a new sheet named “Email Script” has been added.
  • Email Script allows you to dynamically inject data, format text, and change email behavior using JavaScrip. 

  1. In the Upgrade Analysis a new sheet named “SecOps - SIR” has been added.
  • “SecOps - SIR” stands for Security Operations - Security Incident Response; this sheet validates the impact of new changes in the latest release notes.

  1. In the Upgrade Analysis a new sheet named “SecOps - TI” has been added.
  • “SecOps - TI” stands for Security Operations - Threat Intelligence Center; this sheet validates the impact of new changes in the latest release notes.

  1. In the Group two new columns named “Currency” and “Hourly Rate” have been added in the Group sheet.
  • These columns are used to store the Currency type and Hourly Rate for respective Groups. 

  1. In the Upgrade Analysis a new column named “Impacted Record Link” has been added in the “HRSD” Sheet.
  • Added Functionality to check the Impacted Record via "Impacted Record Link"

  1. In the Upgrade Analysis a new column named “Impacted Record Link” has been added in the “ITSM” Sheet.
  • Added Functionality to check the Impacted Record via "Impacted Record Link".

  1. In the Robotics - Knowledge Articles two new columns named “Cannot Read” and “KB Can Read” have been added in the “Knowledge Articles” sheet.
  • Both columns will contain the Read Access permission of Knowledge Article.


  1. In the Workplace Lease Administration two new columns named “ List of Documents” and “Selected Documents” have been added in the “Workplace Contracts” sheet.
  • These columns are added to select and associate Documents with the respective Workplace Contract. The user can select multiple documents from "List of Documents" and then the selected documents will be populated in the next column, i.e., "Selected Documents"

  1. In the Knowledge Management in the config sheet column E name has been changed from “Default Publish” to “Update to Publish”.
  • This Column "Default Publish" or "Update to Publish" - is used to create & publish Knowledge Article and Knowledge Blocks in one go .



New Modules:

We’re expanding  ConfigBot’s capabilities with the launch of additional new modules.


Flow Designer


The new Flow Designer module enables ConfigBot users to generate workbooks for the following items:

  1. Flows
  2. Subflows
  3. Actions
  4. Decision Tables

Users can rerun iterations to generate updated workbooks and use the built-in Validation and Compare features to quickly identify differences between instances. This helps track configuration changes, compare versions, and understand what has changed since the previous execution.
