New Modules

Script and Jobs
CMDB Health Correctness
Upgrade Preview
Dynamic Robotics

  1. Script and Jobs

This module enables users to quickly generate workbooks for Script Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs. The workbooks help identify newly added records, track changes occurred
after each release, and validate those changes within the instance. You can also generate a workbook based on multiple instances and compare workbooks to see the difference.

  1. CMDB Health Correctness

This module helps users by quickly generate the data available in Class Manager to verify the accuracy of components related to the Orphan Rule and Staleness Rule. It also allows users to validate changes made in the instance after workbook generation and easily compare differences between two instances

  1. Upgrade Preview

This module enables users to efficiently analyze and prepare for ServiceNow upgrades through a centralized UI-based experience. It helps identify configuration changes, potential conflicts, and upgrade impacts before they are applied to the target instance. Users can review customized configurations, identify changes introduced by the upgrade, and validate upgrade-related differences directly within the instance.
The module supports upgrade analysis, and comparison across different ServiceNow versions, helping users identify modified, added, or conflicting records and understand which configurations may require attention.
Designed for proactive upgrade management and risk reduction, Upgrade Preview provides clear visibility into configuration differences and potential conflicts, helping administrators maintain configuration integrity and manage ServiceNow upgrades with greater control.

  1. Dynamic Robotics:

This module enables users to dynamically analyze and review field-level access permissions for specific records within a ServiceNow instance. Users can select a table and record identifier, allowing ConfigBot to dynamically retrieve the relevant form fields and assess their access permissions without relying on a predefined table structure. The module supports validation of Read, Write, and Delete access for individual fields based on a specified user and record. Users can also Create and Update records within the selected table, allowing them to validate record-level access and confirm that the expected changes can be performed successfully.

  1. In the Group & Tags a new sheet named “FLTR GRP ADV COND” has been added.
  • The Filter Group Advance Condition is used to define additional conditions that associate multiple filter groups in ServiceNow Security Operations.
