Compensation

The Compensation module in Dayforce is part of its unified Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. It helps organizations manage merit increases, bonuses, equity awards, salary adjustments, and other compensation decisions in conjunction with payroll, performance, and budgeting.

Enhancements:

Pay Setup

1 new worksheet, Pay Group, has been added in the Pay Setup workbook. This worksheet allows you to define and manage employee pay groups, including details such as pay frequency, schedule, and applicable payroll rules.

Deprecated Modules
