Advanced Compensation

The Advanced Compensation Module enables automated comparison, validation, and management of advanced compensation configurations across environments. It supports key components such as Arithmetic Calculation, Compensation Matrix, Compensation Parallel Event, Compensation Review Options, Grid Configuration, Lookup Calculation, Organization Assignment, Review Process Template, and Termination. ConfigBot validates these configurations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment between source and target tenants.

By identifying configuration differences and verifying calculation logic, matrix setups, review processes, and organizational assignments, ConfigBot reduces manual validation effort and minimizes configuration risks. This improves compensation planning accuracy, supports reliable execution of compensation cycles, and ensures smooth migration and governance of advanced compensation processes within Workday.
