New Modules:

Finance Procurement

The "Finance Procurement Module" in ConfigBot for Workday provides a centralized set of configuration screens used to define and maintain procurement-related master data and system settings. It enables administrators to configure procurement options, commodity classifications, item identifiers, requisition and purchase order settings, shipping methods and terms, supplier contract types, return reasons, financial tenant configurations, unit of measure dimensions, and Worktag usage. These configurations establish standardized procurement processes, ensure consistency across purchasing activities, support financial governance, and improve the accuracy of procurement transactions and reporting. The module plays a key role in streamlining procurement operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and Workday best practices.

Dependency Analyzer

The Dependency Analyzer Module in ConfigBot for Workday provides a graphical representation of object dependencies across Workday configurations, enabling administrators and consultants to visualize relationships between configuration objects. It helps analyze how changes to a specific object impact related components within modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Calculation Fields. By displaying dependencies in an interactive graph, the module simplifies impact analysis, improves troubleshooting, supports change management, and helps ensure configuration integrity before implementing updates or migrations. This visualization enables users to quickly identify upstream and downstream dependencies, reducing configuration risks and improving overall system maintenance.

TIME TRACKING

Time Tracking Module: New Sheet is added "FLSA Work Period Calendar".

FINANCE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Finance Customer Accounts Module: 2 new sheets are added "Tenant Setup" & "Customer Accounts Worktags".

COMPENSATION

Compensation Module: In Total Rewards section sheet we have added new column "Item Label".

PM/GM

PM/GM Module: In Feedback Setup Sheet, we have added new column "Anonymous by Default" and one column name is updated from "Disable Anonymity" to "Deactivate Anonymity".

Impact Analysis

Impact Analysis Module: In Calculation Field sheet, one column name is updated from "Usage" to "Usages"

TIME & ABSENCE

Time & Absence Module: In Accrual Sheet, the new column is added "Donation Recipient Eligible" and the new section is added "Donate Options Section".

BUSINESS PROCESS

Business Process Module: New Sheet is added "Request Type".
