The Finance Expense Module in ConfigBot for Workday provides a centralized platform for configuring and managing expense-related settings across the organization. It includes screens for defining company expense options, creating expense item groups and individual expense items, configuring expense attributes and reimbursement rates, managing expense policy groups, and setting up payment handling instructions and payment election rules. The module also supports the management of spend attachment categories and spend categories with or without hierarchical structures. These configurations help organizations standardize expense processes, enforce policy compliance, streamline reimbursement workflows, and improve financial reporting and spend visibility within Workday.

The Finance Customer Accounts Module in ConfigBot for Workday provides a centralized solution for configuring and managing customer-related financial processes, including invoicing, receivables, payments, contracts, and revenue management. It includes screens for defining customer categories and groups, customer contract and invoice types, payment terms and payment application rules, aging groups, finance charge rules, revenue categories, sales items and sales item groups, as well as reasons for customer status changes, invoice adjustments, overpayments, and write-offs. The module also supports calculation options, defaults and overrides, schedule types, and customer payment rule sets to ensure consistent accounts receivable processing. These configurations help organizations streamline customer billing, improve receivables management, support revenue recognition, and maintain accurate financial reporting within Workday.
