Admin Only Role

A new user role called Admin Only has been added, which allows users to manage other users, assign and update their permissions, and access reports.

Updated Modal Layout

The Automation modal layout has been redesigned to improve usability and provide a cleaner, more structured interface. The new design introduces a two-column layout that clearly separates system information, authentication inputs, and advanced configuration options. Key instance details are now grouped in a dedicated System Info section, allowing users to quickly verify settings before execution. Authentication fields are better organized with improved spacing, visibility controls, and conditional inputs. Advanced automation steps are placed in a separate panel, reducing clutter and making configuration easier. Overall, the updated layout enhances readability, efficiency, and the user experience when starting automation workflows.

New Modules

Benefits

The Benefits Module enables organizations to automate the comparison and management of Benefits-related configurations across environments. ConfigBot helps validate setup components such as Benefit Providers, Benefit Annual Rate Types, Insurance Coverage Targets, Benefit Groups, Health Care Rates, Benefit Event Types, Coverage Targets, Cross-Plan Insurance Maximums, Insurance Rates and Coverage, Passive Event Rules, Benefit Plan Year Definitions, Benefit Defaults, Coverage Types, Enrollment Prerequisites, Eligibility Rules, and Enrollment Event Rules.

By automating these configurations differences and ensuring consistency across tenants, ConfigBot reduces manual validation effort, enhances benefits administration accuracy, and supports reliable migration, compliance, and ongoing maintenance of Benefits configurations in Workday.

Enhancements:

1. PM/GM

Employee Review Rule: We have added a "Employee Review Rule" Sheet in PM/GM Module.

2. Time Tracking

• Time Entry Validation: We have added a "Time Entry Validation" Sheet in Time Tracking Module.
• One New Column "New Validation" added on "L".

3. Integration

Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Integration module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance. To proceed, first generate the workbook by selecting Workbook Intellisense. Once the data sheet is back filled, you can then generate workbooks for all other sheets in the module.

4. Core HCM

Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Core HCM module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance. To proceed, first generate the workbook by selecting Workbook Intellisense. Once the data sheet is back filled, you can then generate workbooks for all other sheets in the module.

5. Onboarding

Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Onboarding module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance.
