New Modules:

Finance

The Finance Module in ConfigBot for Workday includes key configuration screens such as Financial Messages, Dispute Reasons, Credit Cards, and Business Purposes, which support financial operations and process management within the system. Financial Messages are used to manage finance-related alerts, notifications, and validation messages during transactions, while Dispute Reasons help standardize the handling of invoice and payment disputes through predefined categories. The Credit Cards screen manages organizational credit card configurations, expense mapping, and financial controls for expense processing and reconciliation. Business Purposes are configured to define and categorize valid reasons for expenses, reimbursements, and procurement activities according to company policies. ConfigBot supports these configurations by validating setups, comparing differences across environments, and ensuring consistency during Workday release, testing, and deployment activities.
