Web Updates:
Overview
This release introduces a streamlined and more intuitive Execution Tracking experience, focused on clarity, usability, and real-time visibility into bot activity.
What’s New
1. Simplified & Modernized Layout
- The Iteration summary table has been removed from the top section to reduce visual clutter and improve focus.
- The current execution title (e.g., "Automation", "Reverse", "Validation") is now displayed on the header
- All primary actions (Edit, Delete, Clone, Share, AI Chat) are now consolidated in the page header for quicker access.
- Additional actions (Start Automation, Reverse, Validation, Stop Processing, etc.) are now accessible via a header dropdown menu.
- The sheet icon has been repositioned to the header alongside action controls.
- History (clock icon) and Close actions are aligned on the far right for consistency and accessibility.
2. Focused Execution View
- The main view now displays only the current execution, eliminating the previous multi-collapsed layout.
- This enhancement allows users to focus on active processes without unnecessary scrolling.
- Past executions are no longer mixed into the main view.

3. Slide-Out Execution History Panel
- Historical executions are now available in a right-side slide-out panel.
- Access the panel by clicking the clock icon in the header.
- Each execution expands in an accordion format, providing:
- Full ITR details (Iteration #, Host Address, CompanyID, Status, etc.)
- Agent-specific tabs with their own logs
- Execution logs with timestamps
- This design improves navigation and keeps the primary interface uncluttered.

Status Indicators
Each step is represented using clear visual indicators:
- Green (✓) – Step completed successfully
- Blue (Pulsing) – Step currently in progress
- Red (✗) – Error encountered (e.g., login failure, permission issue, data issue)
- Orange / Amber (⚠) – Warning or partial issue (e.g., login issue)
- Dark Red (✗) – Login failure specifically
- Gray – Step not yet started

Special States
- Stop Processing
When an execution is manually stopped, the remaining steps display a gray indicator with a “Stopped” label, clearly distinguishing them from steps that have not yet started.
- Login Failure
Login failures are specifically highlighted using a dark red indicator along with a “Login Failed” label.
- Process Completed (Error)
If execution completes with errors, the final step reflects a custom status color based on the issue type (such as Permission Issue, Data Issue, or Request Error).
Agent Tabs
- Previously, agent logs were displayed in separate frames.
- Logs are now organized into tab-based views, where each agent has its own dedicated tab.
- Each tracking execution is grouped under its respective agent tab, making logs easier to navigate and analyze.

5. Visual & Usability Enhancements
- Refined layout with improved spacing and alignment for a cleaner, more professional interface.
- Prominent execution time bar displayed at the top for quick reference.
- Status badges are now color-coded for faster recognition.
- Agent tabs for logs
- History panel utilizes an accordion structure for efficient browsing.
Also, we have added enhancements to the cloning option.
- Workspace Selection – When cloning an iteration, you can now choose which workspace to clone it into. You may clone it into the same workspace or a different one. By default, the current workspace (where you’re cloning from) is preselected.
- Description Field – You can now add a description to the cloned iteration, helping you better identify or document the purpose of the new iteration.
