ConfigBot for ServiceNow - Legal Service Delivery

ConfigBot for ServiceNow - Legal Service Delivery enables administrators to manage and maintain legal service related configurations in ServiceNow through a structured spreadsheet interface. The module supports reversing existing legal service configurations from a ServiceNow instance into structured sheets, where users can review, validate, compare, and automate records.

Using Legal Service Delivery, administrators can efficiently manage legal service configuration, including practice areas, intake processes, matter templates, and their associated phases and tasks. The module provides a centralized approach to maintaining configuration consistency, identifying differences between instances, validating existing records, and applying configuration changes through automation.
