ConfigBot for ServiceNow - Quick Message

Quick Message enables administrators to efficiently manage and configure ServiceNow quick messages through a structured spreadsheet interface. It allows users to reverse existing quick message configurations from a ServiceNow instance into the workbook, where they can review, validate, compare, and automate quick message records.

With Quick Message, administrators can streamline the management of frequently used messages, identify configuration differences, validate existing records, and create or update multiple quick messages through ConfigBot.
