Execution Color Settings

We have introduced a new feature that allows you to customize the colors used for execution results.
To configure the colors:

1. Go to the Company Settings page from your Profile dropdown.
2. Locate the Execution Color Settings section.

You can customize the colors for:

1. Matched Color
2. Does Not Match Color

This allows you to personalize how matched and unmatched execution results are visually displayed.

Manage Documents – Optimizations & Enhancements

We have introduced several optimizations and enhancements to the Manage Documents page to improve document management and usability.

1. Supported File Types

To ensure better security and compatibility, only the following file types can now be uploaded:

• .txt
• .pdf
• .doc, .docx
• .xls, .xlsx
• .jpg, .jpeg, .png
• .xdp
• .csv

2. File Size Limit

The maximum allowed file size is now 10 MB. Files larger than 10 MB cannot be uploaded.

3: Instance Changed to Tenant

We have updated the terminology from Instance ID to Tenant ID. Wherever Instance is displayed in the Workday application, it will now be displayed as Tenant.

New Module:

Finance Supplier Account

The Finance Supplier Account module in ConfigBot for Workday provides a centralized view for managing and analyzing supplier-related financial configurations. It supports key supplier account processes, including supplier search, validation, invoice adjustment reasons, Worktag usage, supplier account matching rules, financial tenant setup, and 1099 configuration. The module helps users efficiently review, maintain, and validate supplier account configurations while improving consistency, accuracy, and visibility across Workday Financial Management.

Enhancements:

COMPENSATION

Compensation Basis: One new column is added "Fixed Compensation Basis - All Fixed Compensation Plans" in Fixed Compensation Basis Section.

Compensation Elements: One new column is added "Period Activity Pay Enabled / Academic Pay Enabled"

RECRUITING

External Career Site: One column name is updated from "Notification Template" to "Override Email Template".

Internal Career Site: One column name is updated from "Notification Template" to "Override Email Template".

Questionnaire and Questions: One new column "Usage" is added.

SUCCESSION PLANNING

Succession Plan Setup: One new column "Deactivate Compare Candidates for Succession Plans" is added.

FINANCE EXPENSE

One new sheet "Purchase item" is added.

IMPACT ANALYSIS SECURITY

Impact Analysis Config sheet: 7 New Columns are added.
