Configbot WD - How to Add an Instance as Company Admin

This article will help you in adding the Company Instance inside Configbot For Workday as a Company Admin.

1. Enter your Username and Password and click on the submit button to login. 

2. Navigate towards the "Home screen" and click on the " Admin" and then Click on Admin Dashboard. 

3. Inside the admin dashboard navigate towards the Instances Tab.

4. Once inside the Instances click at Add New Instance button to add new instance, you can also edit delete and share already added instances inside your company. By sharing instances the user will be having access to those instances while adding Iterations.

5. To add instance you need to select your Company, add correct Host Address, Instance ID and Username and other relevant details once done click at Submit button to add new Instance.

6. Once the Instance is added you can navigate back to any module and click at add new Iteration button, here you can see newly added instance and you can generate workbook etc for particular Instance as per your relevance.
