The following article will help to explain how you can add or update a “Expense Rate Table” in Workday through Configbot.
- Enter your Username and Password and click on the submit button to login.

- Navigate towards the "Home screen" and click on the "Finance Panel" and then Click on Finance Expense Module.

- Select the workspace that best suits your preferences or requirement.

- Navigate to the generated workbook (in my case, Iteration #1) and open the workbook.

- Navigate to the worksheet tab labeled as “Expense Rate Table”.

- Provide the "Expense Rate Table Name", add "Default Currency", "Effective Date", "Condition Rule or Criteria", "Amount" and in the remaining columns make sure to add the accurate data then set the Processing Status to 'Pending'."

- Close the Workbook, navigate back to your workspace, click on the hamburger menu and select start configuration option.

- The Start Configuration pop-up window will appear. Enter your Workday password and provide any relevant execution notes. Then, select the checkbox for the “Expense Rate Table”. Finally, click the "Confirm and Start" button.

- You can track the progress of iteration by clicking on Information Icon (i).

- Once the status shows "Complete," then return to the workbook to confirm that the data was successfully added. The following rows and their fields will be highlighted in green, indicating successful execution. Additionally, the Processing Status will be changed to Processed.

- To confirm the changes made, navigate to the "Expense Rate Table" window by searching for it by name using the search bar on the Workday Home page.

This confirms a successful execution where a new Expense Rate Table was added to the Finance Expense Module using ConfigBot, ensuring accurate data transfer and configuration within Workday.
