New modules:

Onboarding

ConfigBot now supports Onboarding. It automates key onboarding configurations, allowing users to efficiently manage new-hire setup, required forms, workflows, and task assignments. This module streamlines the onboarding process, ensures data accuracy, and reduces manual effort.

Benefits

The Benefits module in Dayforce helps organizations design, manage, and administer employee benefit programs as part of the unified HCM platform. It supports configuring plan options, eligibility, enrolments, and plan details so employees receive the right coverage at the right time. By centralizing benefits rules and data, it streamlines administration, improves accuracy, and keeps benefits aligned with organizational policies.

Enhancements:

1. Org Setup/HR admin

A new worksheet, Employee Properties, has been introduces in the Org Setup/HR admin module.

2. Labor Metrics

• A new column, icon, has been added to the Labor Metric Types worksheet.

• A new column, org units, has been added to the Labor Metric Codes worksheet.

The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:
