4. Pay Setup

Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Pay Setup module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance. To proceed, first generate the workbook by selecting Workbook Intellisense. Once the data sheet is back filled, you can then generate workbooks for all other sheets in the module.

Pay holidays : Three new columns added:

Pay Group: One new column added: Payroll Properties - Election Workers.

Pay Group - We have now split the Payroll Mapping and WFM Mapping sections into separate sheets. This has been done to optimise execution process, as each sheet will now be processed separately. You can add all relevant data in Pay Group sheet and then navigate to these two sheets to define the rules and qualifiers.

Pay Policy: Five New columns added

Minimum Wage Effective Start On
Split Pay at Day Start Time
Respect Job Rate Worked
Authorized for On - Demand Pay
Allow lower Job Rate to Override Base Rate

Pay Policy: We have now split the Pay Policy Rules Config, Pay Policy Dynamic Reallocation, and Pay Policy Rate Display sections into separate sheets. This has been done to optimise execution process, as each sheet will now be processed separately. You can add all relevant data in Pay Policy sheet and then navigate to these sheets to configure the respective rules and settings.

Holiday Type: One New Column added ID, for creating new Holiday Type keep it blank as each Holiday Type will have new unique ID to avoid duplication while renaming or updating the Holiday Type.

Entitlement: Four new columns added

ID: One New Column added ID, for creating new Entitlements keep it blank as each Entitlement will have new unique ID to avoid duplication while renaming or updating the Entitlements.

Pay Category Group: One New Column added ID, for creating new Pay Category Group keep it blank as each Pay Category Group will have new unique ID to avoid duplication while renaming or updating the Pay Category Group.

Base Rate Set: Two new columns added:

Rate Table – ID: For creating new Rate Table keep it blank as each Table will have new unique ID to avoid duplication while renaming or updating.
Level - ID: For creating new Level keep it blank as each Level will have new unique ID to avoid duplication while renaming or updating.
