New Modules:
Client Properties
ConfigBot now supports Client Properties for update-only configurations. This module enables users to efficiently update existing client-level settings across key tabs such as General, Messages, Employee, Timesheet, Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, Reporting, Benefits, Position Management, and Security. ConfigBot allows controlled updates to supported fields within these tabs, ensuring configuration consistency across instances while preventing the creation of new records. By automating updates to Client Properties, ConfigBot reduces manual effort, minimizes configuration risks, and helps teams maintain stable and aligned system behaviour.
Enhancements:
1. Pay Setup
Pay Setup Config: We have introduced Pay Setup Config for multiple screens, where you can apply different filters and generate the workbook for the specific data you want to work with. Filters are based on the object name and support conditions such as equals, not equals, starts with, ends with, and contains. If you want all objects to be included in the workbook, make sure to select All in the filter. Please apply the filter before starting the workbook generation.


Base Rate Policy: We have now split the Base Rate Policy General and Base Rate Policy Rules sections into separate sheets. This has been done to optimise execution process, as each sheet will now be processed separately. You can add all relevant data in Base Rate Policy sheet and then navigate to other sheet to define the rules and qualifiers.


Period Authorization Policy: We have now split the Period Authorization Policy General and Period Authorization Policy Rules sections into separate sheets. This has been done to optimise execution process, as each sheet will now be processed separately. You can add all relevant data in Period Authorization Policy sheet and then navigate to other sheet to define the rules and qualifiers.


2. Flex Credit Setup
Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Flex Credit setup module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance. To proceed, first generate the workbook by selecting Workbook IntelliSense. Once the data sheet is back filled, you can then generate workbooks for all other sheets in the module.

4. Earnings And Deductions
