URL Update

We are switching from app.configbot.ai to app.configbot.io, after release any request to app.configbot.ai  will be redirected to app.configbot.io automatically. It will be similar for ca.configbot.ai any request will be redirected to ca.configbot.io

Recruiting

ConfigBot now supports Recruiting. It automates key recruiting configurations, enabling users to efficiently manage candidate lifecycle setup, career site management, job requisition configurations, and recruiting templates. This module supports configurations such as Candidate Status, Candidate Status Mapping, Candidate Source Configuration, Job Posting Templates, Client Career Site Management, and Job Requisition settings, along with question, section, and template configurations. By automating these recruiting components, ConfigBot streamlines the hiring process, ensures configuration consistency and data accuracy, and significantly reduces manual effort across recruiting workflows.

Flex Credit Setup

ConfigBot now supports Flex Credit. It automates key Flex Credit configurations, allowing users to efficiently manage Flex Credit Plans, Flex Credit Order, and Flex Credit Plan Tiers. This module streamlines benefits configuration, ensures accurate plan setup and sequencing, and reduces manual effort while maintaining consistency across environments.

Enhancements:

1. Pay Setup

Entitlements: We have now split the Entitlement General and Entitlement Rule Set sections into separate sheets. This has been done to optimise execution process, as each sheet will now be processed separately. You can add all relevant data in Entitlement sheet and then navigate to other sheet to define the rules and qualifiers.

Pay Setup Config: We have added a Pay Setup Config sheet. For entitlements, you can now choose the automation process based on whether you want to automate the objects using the Name or the "ID"

2. Shift Setup

Schedule Change Policy: We have now split the Schedule Change Policy General and Schedule Change Policy Rule Set sections into separate sheets. This has been done to optimise execution process, as each sheet will now be processed separately. You can add all relevant data in Schedule Change Policy sheet and then navigate to other sheet to define the rules and qualifiers.

Schedule Rule Policy: We have now split the Schedule Rule Policy General and Schedule Rule Policy Rule Set sections into separate sheets. Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Roles module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance. To proceed, first generate the workbook by selecting Workbook Intellisense. Once the data sheet is back filled, you can then generate workbooks for all other sheets in the module.

4. Users

Workbook IntelliSense: We have added a new Workbook IntelliSense feature in the Users module. This feature automatically generates a data sheet, which is used to autofill dropdown values across the entire module based on the instance. To proceed, first generate the workbook by selecting Workbook Intellisense. Once the data sheet is back filled, you can then generate workbooks for all other sheets in the module.
