1. CMDB OOB Classes & Fields
This metric will provide the number of out of the box CMDB classes & Fields in Instance A and Instance B.
2. CMDB Class Gaps
This metric will provide the number of Missing CMDB classes (Custom & Out of the Box) in Instance A & Instance B with respect to another.
For Example: How many CMDB Custom classes (Custom / Out of the Box) Missing in Instance A that are available in Instance B.
3. CMDB Field Gaps
This metric will provide the number of Missing CMDB Fields (Custom & Out of the Box) in Instance A & Instance B with respect to another.
For Example: How many CMDB fields (Custom / Out of the Box) Missing in Instance A that are available in Instance B.
The Metric Details sheet has been removed from the Instance Comparison workbook. and the following sheets added:

CMDB Group
The latest release of ConfigBot for ServiceNow introduces a new capability to quickly generate workbooks for CMDB Groups. This feature allows users to efficiently generate, create, compare, and validate CMDB Group, improving accuracy and simplifying data analysis and validation activities.
Plugins
This release of ConfigBot for ServiceNow introduces a new Plugins module that provides visibility into all plugins and applications installed in an instance.
The generated workbook includes the following sheets:
- Plugins – Lists all installed plugins.
- Deprecated Plugins – Identifies plugins that have been deprecated.
- Store Apps – Displays installed ServiceNow Store applications.
Class Manager Component
The Class Manager Component for ServiceNow provides a centralized view of key CMDB Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) configurations and CMDB Health settings. It enables administrators to quickly review the latest rules and data quality configurations without navigating multiple modules. This helps streamline CMDB governance, improve visibility, and support the maintenance of accurate and reliable CMDB data.
