ConfigBot for ServiceNow
New Module:
- Platform Assessment Report
The Platform Assessment Report delivers a high-level overview of platform health and adoption by highlighting key metrics such as knowledge article usage, configuration item (CI) coverage, and the ratio of out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality to customizations. It also assesses catalog complexity, including variables, client scripts, and related components.
This report enables business and IT leadership to quickly evaluate platform maturity, user adoption, and opportunities for optimization.

- CMDB Freshness
- Login Stats
- Catalog Complexity

Enhancements:
- Group
In ServiceNow, the same record can sometimes have different Sys IDs, especially when records are created manually across multiple instances. To address this, the ConfigBot for ServiceNow enables clients to compare records using the Group Record Value column in the Config sheet, based on the Name and Sys ID options selected by the user.
A new column ‘’Group Record Value’’ is added in the Config sheet.

- Groups, Roles & Security Analysis
In ServiceNow, the same record can sometimes have different Sys IDs, especially when records are created manually across multiple instances. To address this, the ConfigBot for ServiceNow enables clients to compare records using the Group Record Value column in the Config sheet, based on the Name and Sys ID options selected by the user.
A new column ‘’ Group Record Value’’ is added in the Config sheet.

- Impact Analysis Security:
In ServiceNow, the same record can sometimes have different Sys IDs, especially when records are created manually across multiple instances. To address this, the ConfigBot for ServiceNow enables clients to compare records using the Orphaned Groups - Record Value column in the Config sheet, based on the Name and Sys ID options selected by the user.
A new column ‘’ Orphaned Groups - Record Value’’ is added in the Config sheet.

- Dependency + Risk Analysis:
Following new sheets are added:
1: Inbound Action: Fetch the records from the target instance based on config sheet and populates the record for the mentioned sheets.
2: UI Action: Fetch the records from the target instance based on config sheet and populates the record for the mentioned sheets.
3: Sys Properties: System properties sheet populated for all referenced records where the property is used (e.g., business rule conditions, script fields, and other relevant areas.
4: Fields Application Scope: The relevant sheet populated based on all the fields provided in config sheet.
5: Workspace Fields Form and List View: Bot populates the sheet for fields used in list view and form view specific to agent workspace based on config sheet.
A new column ‘’ Fetch Active Workspace’’ is added in the Config sheet.

- HR and IT Analysis:
One new sheet is added:
Inbound Action: Sheet filled all the inbound action created based on table column in config sheet or specific to hr service column in config sheet.
